A trauma-informed program for women experiencing burnout, nervous system dysregulation, and chronic self-abandonment.


This 12-week program is for capable, exhausted women who are ready to stop disappearing and start showing up for themselves.

Here's what nobody sees.

To everyone around you, you are capable. Reliable.

The one who carries it.      


You are all of those things. And you are also running on empty in a way no one seems to notice.


This is what it actually feels like:


You wake up heavy. Not just tired. HEAVY.


Before you've taken a single breath that belongs to you, the weight of everything that needs to happen is already pressing down.


You move through your day carrying it all. 


The responsibilities. 

The decisions. 

Everyone else's needs.


And somewhere in there, you lose track of your own needs.


You find one stolen moment. 

Locked in the bathroom. 

Sitting alone in the car. 


And you use it to exhale just enough to walk back in and keep going.


Your body never fully relaxes, even on the couch. Even at night. Even when nothing is actively wrong.


Keeping your mind busy because slowing down makes you feel anxious, restless, or emotionally exposed.


Feeling like you always have to stay one step ahead so nothing falls apart.


Being hyper-aware of tone changes, silence, or subtle shifts in other people's energy.


Difficulty sleeping because your nervous system doesn't know how to power down.


Feeling calm only when you're being productive or useful.


Holding it all together externally, while internally, feeling braced for impact.


You snap at someone you love over something small.

Because there was nothing left.


You lie down at night with clenched fists and a mind already running through tomorrow.


You scroll. You replay. You plan to do it all over again.


And underneath all of it, quieter than the to-do list, more persistent than the exhaustion, there's a question you don't quite let yourself finish:


Is this just what my life is now?


It isn't.


Nobody taught you how to listen to your body.


Nobody gave you permission to stop.


Nobody showed you it was safe to need help.


This program will.


You don't have to do this alone anymore.


You learned early on that you had to earn your worth.

Through childhood. Through the roles you were handed. 

Through every message, spoken and unspoken, that told you who you were supposed to be for everyone else.


You learned to survive by becoming ultra-capable. Ultra-responsible. 

The one who accommodates, supports, and takes care of everyone else's needs.


While quietly, consistently, learning to ignore your own.


You were never taught to listen to your body.


To honor what it was telling you.

To express what you were actually feeling.

To give yourself what you needed.


In fact, you were taught the opposite.


"You can handle it."

"If you don't do it, nobody will."

"Everyone else comes first."

"Don't need too much."

"Being needed is how you stay safe."


You learned those messages so early, and so completely, that they stopped feeling like messages.


They started feeling like the truth about who you are.


They are not the truth about who you are.


They are a survival system you built in a world that never taught you another way.


And you became extraordinary at it.


It is costing you everything.


This is not a character flaw.

This is not weakness.

This is not something you can fix by trying harder.


This is what happens when a woman spends years, sometimes decades, living completely disconnected from herself.


And it makes complete sense that you're here.

Align & Thrive is a 12-week small-group program for high-functioning women experiencing burnout, nervous system dysregulation, and chronic self-abandonment.

In this phase, we:


  • Address the conditioning that taught you to override your needs
  • Identify where you're over-functioning and self-abandoning
  • Learn to say no without spiraling in guilt
  • Practice boundaries that protect your li

The chronic pressure begins to lift.


Not because your life suddenly gets easier, but because you stop carrying it alone.

  • Clarify your values and what actually matters to you
  • Rebuild trust with your own signals and needs

In this phase, we:


  • Integrate everything you've learned into sustainable practice

What changes: Joy returns naturally. Not as a reward for good behavior, but as a result of living in alignment with yourself. You feel like yourself again. Maybe for the first time.

All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. You'll have lifetime access. That said, the live calls are where the magic happens — the group, the real-time coaching, the shared recognition. Do your best to attend live when possible.


No. This is coaching. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you're currently in crisis or need clinical support, therapy is the right path. This program is for women who are functional but depleted, and ready to build sustainable capacity.


This program complements therapy beautifully. Many clients work with both a therapist and a coach. Therapy addresses the past; coaching supports you in the present and future.


75-minute weekly group calls, plus 10-15 minutes daily for somatic practices. Anything else is above and beyond. This is not designed to add more to your plate — it's designed to help you carry less.


Life happens. If you need to step away, we'll talk through options. Refunds are handled case-by-case based on timing and circumstance.
